Random BSOD's when using Sony Vegas

I've been getting these BSOD when using Sony Vegas, there are two files that seem to be effected in the minidump:

ntoskrnl.exe
win32k.sys

I'd appreciate any help that I can get, thanks!

Siince Sony Vegas is graphic intensive, I would look to either update my graphics drivers and/or upgrade my graphics card. The information you provided is inadequate to make any further determination. Good luck.

I didn't really know what information to put. If it helps, here are my specs:
Intel i7 3820
nVIDIA GTX 680 / GTX 550ti(PhysX)
ASRock Extreme7 x79 motherboard
16GB Corsair Vengeance RAM
HX850 PSU
Intel 520 128GB SSD
WD Black 1TB
Seagate barracuda 1TB.

Looks like you are good to go with your existing hardware. Did this just start? Please explain the events leading up to the issue (in detail).

It just started last night, but that was the first time I used Sony Vegas in months. I just started to render the video and when it got to about 22% I got the bsod. I tried to run Vegas again after the bsod and the same thing happened when I started to render the video.

Have you tried reinstalling Vegas and have you checked to see if Vegas has any updates available?

I have and it still happened. I can upload the minidump if that will be of any help
