No Windows Updates installed. Most systems have 66 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

Remove the program associated with this driver:
nvoclk64.sys Tue Sep 15 17:59:25 2009 (4AB00E3D)
nVidia System Utility Driver
http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=nvoclk64.sys
In the event that you can't remove it individually, then uninstall all nVidia video stuff from your system, then....
Update your nVidia video drivers from World Leader in Visual Computing Technologies | NVIDIA

HotSpot Shield (one of it's drivers is hssdrv6.sys) is known to cause BSOD's in some Windows systems. Please uninstall it temporarily - feel free to reinstall it once the system is stable.

MSINFO32 report is empty for me. Please try this:
MSINFO32:
Please go to Start and type in "msinfo32.exe" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Save the report as an .nfo file, then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
Also, save a copy as a .txt file and include it also (it's much more difficult to read, but we have greater success in getting the info from it).

If you're having difficulties with the format, please open an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt and type (or copy/paste) "msinfo32 /nfo %USERPROFILE%\Desktop\TEST.NFO" (without the quotes) and press Enter. Then navigate to Desktop to retrieve the TEST.NFO file. If you have difficulties with making this work, please post back. Then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

SynTP.sys Thu Jul 29 23:26:57 2010 (4C524681)
Synaptic Touch Pad Driver
http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=SynTP.sys

If all of this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics. Let us know the results and we can move on from there.

Thank you for answering. I will do what you wrote me. This MSINFO32 should work.

Renesas Electronics USB 3.0 Host Controller PCI\VEN_1033&DEV_0194&SUBSYS_05111025&REV_04\4&2A2FAFBF&0&00E3 52
Where are you getting the driver for this device? The PackardBell website only shows a Win7 driver for this device - a Win8 driver isn't available.

If using the Win7 driver, have you tried to install it in compatibility mode for Win7?

The WER section of MSINFO32 shows lot's of Live Kernel Events. Please follow these instructions to create another report:
Please do the following:
- open Event Viewer (eventvwr.msc)
- expand the Custom Views category (left click on the > next to the words "Custom Views")
- right click on Administrative Events
- select "Save all Events in Custom View as..."
- save the file as Admin.evtx
- zip up the file (right click on it, select "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder")
- upload it with your next post (if it's too big, then upload it to a free file-hosting service and post a link here).

The other suggestions in my previous post still apply. Please complete them to see if they fix the problems that you are having.
