Im trying to use the tool SF_Diagnostic_Tool.exe help

I just downloaded the SF_Diagnostic_Tool.exe as the instructions said from this link:

I did right click on the exe file and run it as admin !
Then i clicked the button Grab All . When clicking the Grab All button its telling me to make sure to run the file as admin but i already did it .

But when im going to my desktop or directly to the desktop directory :

C:\Users\bout0_000\Desktop

I dont see any created directory of the SF Diagnostic tool . And no files of it .
After some seconds i see the windows message window ask me if i want to replace the file name :

SF_23-07-2013

The destination already has the file name: "EventSys.txt"

When i put my mouse over the SF_23-07-2013 i see the directory is in C:\Users\bout0_000\Desktop
But if i click on it or go manualy to the C:\Users\bout0_000\Desktop i dont see this directory or any files connected to the diagnostic tool.

What is going on ?

I did now skip this file or before i did replace and im getting a prompt window say :

Success : Event Logs Copied Sucessfully

But nothing cant find the files or the directory in C:\Users\bout0_000\Desktop

What to do ?


I have windows 8 64bit .

Found the directory now in D:\

You should fix this problem . Instead trying to create the directory in the Desktop try to create the directory in some other place like for example:

C:\Users\bout0_000\AppData\Local\sf.....

All my program i did so far in C# i have never had problems before creating directories at this location.
Try to avoid and minimum messing up with Admins rights .

Found the directory at d:\

The directory of the tool was on :

D:\Users\bout0_000\Desktop\SF_23-07-2013

Instead C: it was on D:

You should fix it . It should be easy .

Just leave t he desktop and do as i mentioned above and you can add a button to your program that the user can easy click on it and view the directory with the files and also make a button that if the user click on it , it will automatic create the ZIP/RAR file .

If you had the source of the tool in c# i could do it .
