Whenever I am connected to internet (either through wifi or lan), I can't shutdown or hibernate or sleep...
    Any suggestions? Thanks!

Although, I should have assumed as much when you said you were busy updating drivers instead of performing the steps I recommended. Anyway, my advice going forward is to wait for someone to properly analyze your dumps and they can assist you further. Good luck.
When I posted this in the beginning, I only noticed that hibernate doesn't work.
I did all the steps you recommended. They don't work.
Then I started digging myself, and I found that it is the internet that cause the problem.

Thank you for that explanation. Please hang in there and one of our experts will be along (as time permits) to analyze your dump files. It was my mistake for intervening.

    Win8.1Pro - Finally!!!

Don't go on the internet? (Haha - just kidding!) :0)

C: drive only has about 5% free space. Windows likes 15% free space in order to perform stuff "behind the scenes" without adversely affecting the system's performance. Please free up 15% on ALL hard drives (you can get away with 10% on larger drives and won't notice a large performance penalty)

SSD's were temperamental when they first came out, but their reliability has improved greatly over the last year or two. There are 2 things that MUST be checked on systems with BSOD's and SSD's:
    1) That the SSD firmware is the latest available for the SSD
    2) That the storage controller drivers on the motherboard are the most recent. They must date from late 2012 or later. This is ALL controllers, not just the one that the SSD is attached to.
These devices are disabled. Is this deliberate? If so, why?
Shrew Soft Virtual Adapter ROOT\VNET\0000 This device is disabled.

WAN Miniport (Network Monitor) #2 ROOT\MS_NDISWANBH\0001 This device is disabled.
Please enable both devices and then uninstall the ShrewSoft software.

The first 2 memory dumps blame NETwew00.sys while the latest 4 aren't as specific. Please:
    - download the latest Intel wireless drivers for your system.
    - uninstall the current wireless drivers
    - install the freshly downloaded drivers
    - monitor for further BSOD's

There's enough other stuff here that the Intel wireless drivers may not be to blame. If the BSOD's continue, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

    Win8.1Pro - Finally!!!

Normally I don't interfere in topics that others are helping on. So it was luck that I saw the post looking for dump analysis (and that I had the time to do it!).

C: drive only has about 6% free space. Windows likes 15% free space in order to perform stuff "behind the scenes" without adversely affecting the system's performance. Please free up 15% on ALL hard drives (you can get away with 10% on larger drives and won't notice a large performance penalty) While you have freed up some space (and I'd expect the errors to decrease because of it), you must free up at least 10% in order to be sure that's not causing problems.

These devices are disabled. Is this deliberate? If so, why?

Hey, My month and half old Acer V3 started to give BSOD's, did some sort of recovery and started working again for a couple of hours, if not trying to access any Windows files. If tried to look up error logs etc it gave different versions of the BSOF. So I tried to run Recovery, getting it back...

No Hibernate in General Support
It would appear that I have broken my WDP, I use a SSD so I turned off Hibernate using the command powercfg -h off this worked and I no longer have the option to hibernate, apart from that WDP works fine. I then recently read about WDP using Hibernate to speed up the boot time, so of course I...
