Solved Cannot access APPS after BSOD

Hi,

I am new here, this morning I experienced my BSOD after a long while. After BSOD I was still able to reboot the system.
After reboot I cannot access all my APPS under the window Tile environment. I was still able to execute programs under Desktop environment.
Any fix any please.

I don't know how to use the crash dump, I don't really want to learn how to use it.

I manage to restore my system to a previous date, it seems to solve my problem. Thanks for the reply anyway.

I think my initial problem lies in cleaning my system files too often using a commercial cleaner.

The data collection app doesn't require that you do anything other than run the program and upload the files that it produces.
I'm here to analyze the crash dumps.
But without that info, we can't analyze your problem.

Don't use commercial "cleaner" programs that claim to clean the registry. Cleaning the temp files often is OK, but not the registry.
