Bsod not less or equal

I'm getting a bsod randomly. I installed a fresh copy of win 8 10 days ago because i was getting this error and today it did it again first time in 10 days. Here is the minidump, please help.

Both of the memory dumps blame L1C63x64.sys - a driver for your wired ethernet device.
And, you've updated the driver after the first memory dump, so we can conclude that this isn't a problem with the driver.
That leaves 2 other problems as the most likely:
- a hardware problem with the ethernet card
- another internet aware program is causing problems with the ethernet driver

Start by temporarily removing the wireless XBox controller and it's software. If this isn't proved to be a problem, then feel free to reinstall it after the system is stabilized.

Then, please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :
