Hi guys, I'm new here. I have this problem with my new laptop: when I reboot it I get an error message with Windows. I ran SF diagnostic, but I'm not sure wher to look to find the problem. Can someone help? Thanks

Hello,

I just don't understand why you are not taking that issue directly back to ASUS support. Did you do anything specific that you think might have casued your issue? However, if you hang in there, someone may be willing to help but my advice is to either head back to ASUS support or return it to the store for an exchange (if that option exists).

Thanks for the reply. I am actually considering the option to send the laptop back to the store, but I was just trying to understand if that is a sfotware-related issue that I can solve myself, or it is hardware related. In that case I will certainly send it back to the store.

So, if it is a software issue (and you haven't touched anything) what happens if you try to fix it and then try to take it back to the store? What happens if it is discovered to be a hardware issue (back to the store)?

Listen, we have a few great minds here that might be able to help you; however, I just think that a brand new computer should work properly "right out of the box", and if it doesn't it should go "right back to the retailer for exchange." Just my two cents. Good luck.
