This BAD_POOL_CALLER error has got to go.

Ever since I got this laptop, I've been plagued with this BAD_POOL_CALLER issue that causes my computer to restart. There isn't any correlation between when the restarts happen, they seem to be at random, though I have noticed that they seem to happen especially when I am connected to other computers (ie. Skype calls, chat clients). The problem doesn't give any forewarning; it just restarts the computer.

Can anyone help?

The reports aren't complete. Please rerun the data collection app and let it run for at least 15 minutes (or until the app itself says it's done).

You're running 2 antivirus programs. Remove both, then reinstall the one that you choose to keep.
Memory dumps blame the Kaspersky, but the McAfee is just as likely to be to blame.
NOTE: NEVER run more than 1 anti-virus, firewall, Internet Security/Security Center application at the same time.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :
