Random BSOD - Asus K55VJ

Hi guys,

I have this asus for 6 months for now. Problems have started about 1 month ago and I don´t know what to do with it.

On BSOD I got this:
nvlddmkm.sys, irql not less or equal, page fault in nonpaged area or nothing

I tried to refresh notebook to default using windows 8 refresh tool and it seems that it helped but after 2 days I got next BSOD with nvlddmkm.sys. I tried to run heavy load it runs 7 minutes and I got BSOD later at night I tried heavy load again and was running for 2 hours without problems. After refresh I installed only samsung clp320 driver and nothing more only windows installed their updates.

In bugcheck code was numbers 209, 10, 80, 78, 0, 209

If I use pc for internet, videos, documents have no problem. Problems is playing games like WOT and once I got bsod on minecraft.

Just FYI - Kernel-Power errors with Event ID 41 is Windows saying that it doesn't know why Windows was shut down. Often this will point to a hardware problem such as overheating.

Please use this free utility to monitor the temps on the system: HWiNFO, HWiNFO32 & HWiNFO64 - Hardware Information and Analysis Tools Also, please only use the laptop on a hard surface, and use a cooling pad if possible. Make sure that the vents are clear of dirt/dust - and use canned air to blow the vents out (DO NOT use a vacuum or an air compressor as they can damage the system).

The devices have problems in Device Manager:

USB-IF xHCI USB Host Controller ROOT\UOIP_BUS_DRIVER\0000 This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device.
Intel(R) Centrino(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R) 4.0 + High Speed Adapter USB\VID_8087&PID_07DA\6&4DCFEDC&0&1 This device is disabled.

For the first device, locate it in Device Manager - right click on it - and select "Uninstall". Reboot the system and see if the problem device comes back.

For the second device, did you deliberately disable it? If so, why?

Hi,

thank you for your post. I tried to measure temperature and it seems not be problem. A have updated all 3 files you recommend to me - doesn´t helped. I have uninstaled USB-if from device manager - doesnt helped. Later I ried to install future mark and after one minute of running pc crash - turned off without BSOD then I had problem to start him again. Later I tried to run it again I got BSOD with errors on screen like u can see on attached photo. After that when I had to reset pc manualy I realized that my USB are not working anymore. It seem to be hardware problem right ?
