Short update: Disabling secure boot and switching boot mode from UEFI to legacy allowed me to run memtest86+...After 2 minutes it found 678 errors..So many errors in such a short time?
    Edit:2300 now...5888...6144...

I was also thinking..Could it be a virus? It seems to be getting worse...More often BSODs,programs started to crash often..

MemTest86+ errors are normally caused by bad RAM. Test each stick individually (step 7 here: Memory Diagnostics )

You can test for virus' with these free scans: Free Online AntiMalware Resources

Avast found no viruses and i can't test one stick because i'll lose warranty if i'll open the laptop.

RAM failure should be covered by the warranty. Take it in for service and tell them what you found with MemTest/Windows Memory Diagnostic.
