I have been getting Bluescreens of Death when I run uTorrent, Calibre, and Avast. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the programs, as well as Avast! (replaced with AVG). My Laptop is only 2 months old and it is very frustrating. I tried using Bluescreenview which says it is a NDProxy.SYS driver, but I can not identify a way to update this driver. Any advice or solutions? I attached the dump report.

NDProxy.SYS is a Windows driver that's involved in the networking sub-system of your computer.
As such it is protected by the many different systems that prevent corruption in Windows files.
Should it be corrupted, the fix would be to run DISM (with a whole string of parameters) in order to see if it needs repairing.
Also, should it need updating, Windows Update is the way that Windows files get updated.

BUT, most BSOD's are caused by 3rd party drivers - NOT by Windows drivers.
When a Windows driver is blamed in the BSOD, it's most likely because a 3rd party driver has written to memory address' owned by a Windows driver. When that happens the system won't crash until the Windows driver looks at the overwritten memory address and doesn't find what it expects. Then it crashes to the BSOD.

FYI:
- more than 90% of BSOD's are due to 3rd party drivers
- less than 10% of BSOD's are due to hardware issues
- less than 1% of BSOD's are due to Windows drivers

The reports don't point at anything in particular. They do show that this is most likely a network issue - but other than that we'll need the memory dumps from Driver Verifier in order to help isolate the problem ( Driver Verifier Settings )

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :
