Could you possibly find a root of error in my configuration ?
i7 3770K, 32 GB RAM, and 2x SSD in RAID 0
the newest hw drivers have been instaled.

I still need the systeminfo report. Please do this:
systeminfo:
Please open an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt and type (or copy/paste) "systeminfo.exe >%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\systeminfo.txt" (without the quotes) and press Enter. Then navigate to Desktop to retrieve the syteminfo.txt file. If you have difficulties with making this work, please post back. Then zip up the .txt file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.

You have 3 or more hard drives. What is the make/model/wattage and age of your Power Supply?

SSD's were temperamental when they first came out, but their reliability has improved greatly over the last year or two. There are 2 things that MUST be checked on systems with BSOD's and SSD's:
1) That the SSD firmware is the latest available for the SSD
2) That the storage controller drivers on the motherboard are the most recent. They must date from late 2012 or later. This is ALL controllers, not just the one that the SSD is attached to.

Your Intel Storage drivers date from Sep 2012 - please visit the Intel Download Center for more recent RST (Rapid Storage Technology) drivers: http://downloadcenter.intel.com

Out of 16 memory dumps there were 6 different BSOD error codes. The differing error codes are usually symptomatic of a lower level problem within the system. They are usually caused by one of these things:
- borked (broken) hardware (several different procedures used to isolate the problem device)
- BIOS issues (check for updates at the motherboard manufacturer's website)
- overclocking - You'll know if you're overclocking or not. If uncertain we can suggest things to check.
- compatibility issues (3rd party hardware/drivers)
- low-level driver problems
- or even malware (scanned for when we ask for hardware diagnostics from Initial Hardware Diagnostics or Hardware Diagnostics ).

You can get a head start on the hardware diagnostics if you'd like - they are located here: Hardware Diagnostics

As this isn't a clear cut hardware problem, please also run Driver Verifier according to these directions: Driver Verifier Settings

Thank you for your analyse. The one pair of memory modules (probably only one chip only in one bank) is wrong during reading (returns different data that was written). The issue was, the first pair is OK and the memory was 4x8 GB (now 2x8GB only). The OS had lot of good free memory.
Second issue was, the Windows memory test in Windows 8 64bit finished OK. Only one of memtests sw diagnosed an error. It was MEMTEST86+ v4.20

All the drivers were the newest: RAID driver, SDD firmware, BIOS, Intel drivers (not only storage)
The PC is (and was) without any overclocking. System uses 2xSSD in RAID 0(stripe) for OS and 2xHDD (non RAID) for data.

This driver (the Intel Rapid Storage Technology driver) dates from Sep of 2012:
iaStorA.sys Sat Sep 01 21:01:24 2012 (5042AFE4)
There are several later versions - to include one from 03/22/2013 which is version 12.5.0.1066

Now that you've removed the bad memory sticks - does the system still have BSOD's?
If so, please zip up the contents of C:\Windows\Minidump and upload it with your next post.
