    Driver_Power_State_Failure and random freezes

    Hello

Im having some weird crashes, for past few days, i click shutdown it closes the laptop, but when i power it back on, it shows "Your computer has ran into problems and rebooted". I checked minidump with bluescreenviewer and there was 3 bsod - 2 with driver power state failure and 1 with Page fault in nonpaged area, all caused by driver : ntoskrnl.exe
Second issue is that, when i close the lid, my laptop goes to sleep, but when i reopen it, windows boots up and then just randomly freezes, like i can open task manager but no icons are shown on processes, cpu usage 0%, hdd 0% and it just freezes until force restart.
My laptop is Acer v3 571G
    Core i5 3210m
    6GB DDR3
    750GB HDD SATA3
    Nvidia GT630m + Intel HD4000
Heres the SF Diagnostic tool report :

    Win8.1Pro - Finally!!!

Please make sure that you have ALL available Windows Updates. Your secdrv.sys driver dates from 2006 - the one on my Win8 system dates from 2012.

Bluetooth is disabled. Is this deliberate? If so, why?

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): [S] DuplexSecure - FAQ [/S] Link broken as of 21 Jul 2012
New link (15 Aug 2012): DuplexSecure - Downloads (pick the appropriate version for your system and select "Un-install" when you run it).
    Alternate link: Disc-Tools.com
Manual procedure here: Registry and SPTD problems | DAEMON Pro Help
MSI Afterburner (along with Riva Tuner and EVGA Precision) are known to cause BSOD's in some Windows systems (it's driver is usually RTCore64.sys). Please un-install it immediately!

If you're overclocking, please stop the overclock while we're troubleshooting. Feel free to resume the overclock once the system has been stabilized.

k57nd60a.sys dates from Wed Oct 19 16:17:36 2011 - it is your Broadcom NetLink Gigabit Ethernet NDIS6.x Unified Driver
Please update it to the latest, Win8 compatible version at the manufacturer's website. If it's not available there, then try this link: Ethernet NIC Driver Downloads | Broadcom

Your EgisTec Fingerprint Reader drivers date from 2011. Please update them to the latest, Win8 compatible versions.

NTIDrvr.sys dates from Mon Apr 19 21:39:04 2010 - it belongs to NTI CD-ROM Filter Driver by NewTech Infosystems (likely a part of Acer Empowering Technology). Please update it to the latest Win8 compatible version - or uninstall it.

The latest memory dump blames VBoxNetAdp.sys Fri Apr 12 05:40:14 2013 - this is a component of your VirtualBox installation.
It may not be necessary to update this if the above steps fix the BSOD issues (and the other BSOD's didn't blame this driver) If the BSOD's continue, please:
    - download a fresh copy of the latest, Win8 compatible version of VirtualBox from their website
    - uninstall the current version of VirtualBox from your system
    - install the freshly downloaded version
    - monitor for further BSOD's
