Sorry for the delay in responding. I'm baby-sitting the new grandson (born 27 May). His mom is hospitalized and my son is exhausted - so the wife and I do as much as we can. He's been fussy during my computer time, so I have to pay attention to him. Just found out that 6 trips up and down 2 flights of stairs would put him out - and now I'm exhausted! :0)

The WER section of MSINFO32 shows lot's of BSOD's due to your wireless drivers. While the wireless drivers are the most likely cause here, there are many other possibilities - so we'll work through them until the BSOD's are stopped.

Please:
- download the latest, Win8 compatible wireless drivers from the manufacturer's website.
- uninstall the current wireless drivers from your system.
- install the freshly downloaded wireless drivers
- monitor for further BSOD's

The memory dumps tend to confirm this.

Also, your Cyberlink software dates from 2011 - you may want to unininstall it "just in case".

k, i used a program that would search the internet and download the right drivers , and it worked cause my wireless card was out of date, (also my air vent was completely covered in dust and lint and inside my computer was extremely dusty, its all cleaned out now) and no crashes yet. but there was another reason why i downloaded it was also because my sound mysteriously stopped working, on the volume mixer the green bar goes up and down when i play music but when i plug in my ear buds, no sound, i plug those same ear buds into something else and they work! it happened when i downloaded

Is the system still having BSOD's?
Is it freezing or having problems with a black screen?
If not, I'd suggest posting over in the General forums for some more expert help on these issues. I'm a BSOD specialist and I rarely work on sound problems (they cause me to pull my hair out!).
