Bad_Pool_Caller error on my new laptop

I'm not sure why, but any time i try to access the internet on my laptop a blue screen pops up that tells me my computer has to restart due to an error. It says the error is Bad_Pool_Caller. I have read through a couple other threads about this and can't seem to make heads or tails of it. I saw in a thread that I need to upload dump files, but due to my computer refusing to connect to the internet, I'm not sure how I'd do that. My laptop is only a couple weeks old. It's a Gateway and runs Windows 8. Please help! Thanks in advance.

I saw in a thread that I need to upload dump files, but due to my computer refusing to connect to the internet, I'm not sure how I'd do that.

I would transfer them to another computer using a USB flash drive.
