The memory dumps shows that the probable culprit is nvhda64v.sys. This is the nVidia HDMI Audio Device (nForce chipset driver). Please consider updating or reinstalling these driver on the NVIDIA drivers page.

Cirrus Logic HD Audio driver.
You can make-a test by disable him in Device Manager then reboot and see if good or bad.
If bad still, look at Apple.
