BSOD occurs frequently in my ASUS S400CA laptop. It is having i5-3317U,8gbram with windows 8. I get error as BAD_POOL_HEADER(tcpip.sys). I am attaching SF Diagnostic tool output. Kindly help me in solving this.

Sorry for the delay in responding. There just aren't that many people who do BSOD analysis, so at times we get a bit overwhelmed!

SSD's were temperamental when they first came out, but their reliability has improved greatly over the last year or two. There are 2 things that MUST be checked on systems with BSOD's and SSD's:
1) That the SSD firmware is the latest available for the SSD
2) That the storage controller drivers on the motherboard are the most recent. They must date from late 2012 or later. This is ALL controllers, not just the one that the SSD is attached to.

I'm uncertain about the compatibility of the RAM disk with Win8. Please verify with the manufacturer that your version is compatible with Win8. RAMDisk - Software - Server Memory Products & Services - Dataram They state that v4.0.0 and higher is Win8 compatible.

I suspect your NetWorx program as it was the only 3rd party driver that I spotted in the stack text of the memory dumps (it only showed up once) - and 3 of the 4 memory dumps point to network components. Please uninstall it to see if that stops the BSOD's.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Thanks for your advice. I have already upgraded ramdisk and removed networx.
But I could not find update from the links mentioned for first two red ie ASMMAP64.sys and speedfan.sys. Though I could find drivers from ASUS site for atkwmiacpi64.sys, I can not install it as it says remove old driver. I don't know how to remove old drivers. Any solution will be appreciated.

To remove the driver, check in Programs and Features...Uninstall a program. If uncertain which one, please list all the Asus programs that are installed.

Thank You very much.
As you said already, removal of networx will be sufficient for the time being, I will observe for a week and do these uninstall and reinstall in week end.
However I would like to know whether there is any alternative to networx to monitor data usage through internet leaving local network data usage for peak hours to be configured by us.
