A few days ago my comp randomly crashed while I was playing a game. It gave an error "KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (NETwew00.sys)". After searching and doing the things I found it helped a little but still happened, so I just refreshed my laptop, worked find till now. Every time I turn my laptop on it gives me that error, but I can use it find in safe mode. Also found out, my comp crashes when ever i connect to any wifi. Any Ideas what I should do?

I have an alienware m14x R2 Windows 8

Only 56 Windows Updates installed. Most systems have 66 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

You have a disabled monitor. Is this deliberate? If so, why?
Generic Non-PnP Monitor DISPLAY\DEFAULT_MONITOR\1&8713BCA&0&UID0 This device is disabled.

The memory dumps point to NETwew00.sys - a driver component of your Wireless Adapter. Please:
- download a fresh copy of the latest wireless drivers from the Dell website
- uninstall the current wireless adapter drivers/software
- install the freshly downloaded wireless drivers
- monitor for further BSOD's

Please remove the GameGuard program:
dump_wmimmc.sys Wed May 2 00:27:30 2012 (4FA0B7B2)
Driver related to GameGuard. Usually buried deep in a game's folder structure. For example: C:\gPotato\GV Online Eg\GameGuard\dump_wmimmc.sys[br]Suspect that it's not Win8 compatible.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

jumi.sys Mon Sep 28 18:48:52 2009 (4AC13D54)
Doesn't leave squat for a description in file properties. I suspect it's a product from Jumi Tech - most likely a remote control application.

    Other Info
    I'm handsome and a snappy dresser :0)
I did everything you said to do and it now allows me to get on my comp without being in safe mode. But I can not connect to the internet with wifi without crashing. I uninstalled my driver and downloaded and installed the newest one and a older one (just to see if it was just the newer one) and it's still crashing when ever I connect to a wifi connection.
I disabled the Generic Non-pnp monitor to see if that was causing the problem but after a little time I realized that it don't work properly in safe mode.
I was wondering if my wifi card was going bad could that cause the problem?

Yes, it's possible that this is a hardware problem with the wifi card.
Since you've tried other drivers for it, that makes it more likely.
And there doesn't appear to be any other 3rd party driver problems - so it's even more likely to be hardware.
Are you able to remove the wifi card from the laptop in order to test?

Please zip up and upload the contents of the C:\Windows\Minidump folder so we can have a look at the most recent memory dumps.
Further looks at the memory dumps will help to confirm this diagnosis.

You remove the card. Then, if the BSOD's stop - you'll know it was the card. Since you're getting several BSOD's a day, it shouldn't take but 1 day to test it this way.

Try this first. It's just a hunch, but it may save you some time:
Anti-Virus Removal:
Please do the following:
- download a free anti-virus for testing purposes: Free AntiVirus If using Windows 8, enable Windows Defender and the Windows Firewall instead.
- un-install the McAfee from your system (you can reinstall it, if so desired, when we're done troubleshooting)
- remove any remnants of McAfee using this free tool: How to uninstall or reinstall supported McAfee products using the Consumer Products Removal tool (MCPR) (This link has changed a lot. If it doesn't work, search for McAfee Consumer Products Removal Tool)
- IMMEDIATELY install and update the free anti-virus (if using Win8, enable Windows Defender), then check to ensure that the Windows Firewall is turned on.
- perform a full system scan to ensure that no malware has snuck onto your system while the anti-virus was malfunctioning.
- check to see if this fixes the BSOD's
NOTE: NEVER run more than 1 anti-virus, firewall, Internet Security/Security Center application at the same time.

You've fixed all the other problems (as far as I can see), so it's most likely hardware causing this.
Try the wifi card (as it's the most likely problem).
If that's not it, then start with these free diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics

No, you wouldn't be able to connect with wifi. Try using a long wire, or moving the computer closer to the router (and use a shorter cord).

Another option is to purchase another wifi card and see if using it will stop the BSOD's. Purchase it from a place that will allow returns (and will give you your money back) in case it isn't the problem.

I know this is an old thread but here is how I fixed my issue.

1. Disable wifi ( through the bios or the switch)
2. Connect to the internet(tether/wired)
3. Download the most updated driver, DO NOT INSTALL THEM YET.
4. Delete NETwew00.sys out of C:\windows\system32\drivers\
5. Install new drivers
6. NETwew00.sys will be replaced with NETwsw00.sys
7. enable wifi and make sure it works

Win 8 will hold onto NETwew00.sys for all your saved networks I'm taking a wild guess but i think it has to do with WPA1/2
once you delete it and its updated with netwsw00 you will have to type in all your passwords again for WIFI
