Try starting in safe mode, if it starts normally, then you have either a virus or a bad program, driver or service being loaded.

Let us know how safe mode goes..

Bsod only comes up when first time i turn on my laptop so when i restart or put windows in sleep it doesnt show up after ... to be more specific it only shows up after i shut down my windows from start screen as normal but if shut down windows by hold pressing on power button Bsod doesnt show up next starting windows .
when i tried to go in safe mode i couldnt first time i started my windows cuze the BSOD comes up always after windows loading screen immediately even if i am pressing F8 so i couldnt go to (windows setup ... i had to wait BSOD > restarting my windows by power button > pressing F8 > windows setup >troubleshot > advanced setting >restart > enabled safe mode > and logged in in safe mode ..... the surprising thing when i shut down windows normally in safe mode ... next starting windows after few hours i didnt get BSOD at all , so shutting down while using safe mode helped in killing BSOD for one time (next starting windows) but every shutting down while using regular windows mode i have to get BSOD after (next starting windows ).
sorry for the reply being too long and thanks for your help in advance .

Looks like not loading a driver or service helped you some.. Lets see if its a video driver...

Restart the computer in VGA mode from the safemode menu..

If you can always get into your OS in VGA mode then uninstall the video drivers, reboot, and DOWNLOAD latest drivers, do not use the CD

i did exactly what you asked even i uninstalled all AMD Drivers including (ATI grahpic Card) but BSOD kept showing up so that didnt solve the problem .
i just knew where the problem lately its ( Microsoft Kernel Debug Network ) when i disabled it that solved my problem i tried shutting down and starting windows about 10 times and BSOD never showed up (i am very happy about that) but the problem when i disabled ( Microsoft Kernel Debug Network ) i couldnt log into internet anymore (no internet acces) even DSL cable is plugged in so i had to enable ( Microsoft Kernel Debug Network ) again so i can log into internet and post to you my reply .... any advice now ?

Looks like youre in the home stretch......

From an elevated command prompt run SFC /SCANNOW with your WIN8 dvd in the drive

If your KERNEL file is damaged it will replace it with the original version..

Good Luck
