Uninstall The Bazis WinCDEmu virtual CDROM program as it's not likely to be Win8 compatible.

Download a fresh copy of the latest Win8 compatible video drivers from the Samsung website
Uninstall the current video drivers
Install the freshly downloaded drivers
Monitor for further BSOD's

If this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

I ran windbg x64, found "Probably caused by :nvlddmkm.sys" and updated nvidia drivers. I think this should help, if not i will follow Your instructions. Thanks anyway
