Greetings,
I have Windows 8 64 bit installed on a new Hp h8 1360t . On each restart I get this error.
"PKU2u log failed to start with the following error: 0xc0000035".
The results of my searches to resolve this error has been minimal to say the least.
I have run sfc/scannow and a chkdsk /r with no positive results.
If anyone can give light to this error and how to correct it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Richm

Thanks for the input topgundcp,
I have seen the thread you sent me and it refers to a "Homegroup log file".
I'll try and re-install the printer drivers and see what takes place.
Feels like your the only person on earth with this particular error.... good ole windows
Again thanks for trying to help.

Richm,

You are not alone. I am getting this event error on 1) Pku2uLog, 2) NegoLog, 3) IDListenLog, 4) P2PLog, and 5) HomeGroupLog. I also have an H8-1360T upgraded from Windows 8 to 8.1.

I'm having the same error messages also, as kalawson. Frustrating, since it's a nearly new computer. I also get random freezing or restarts that Windows tells me it decided to do. I google all the errors, and it's not helping. I have a lot of applications installed on my desktop PC, and really don't want to have to reinstall them all if I do one of those "keep the files in place, but refresh windows" options. I wish I knew what to do instead of that. But maybe there's nothing. I keep my computer scanned with anti-virus (Avast) and Malwarebytes, and Ad-Aware. They have done a good job of finding the odd little thing and zapping it. Anyone have any suggestion? I did disconnect/remove the homegroup, as one google result suggested, but not any help so far. Still getting the errors.

@PBZ, please see Brink's thread here.

Even if you've had no bsods, the log collection tool results should prove most helpful.
