Kernel data Inpage Error / Critical Process Died

Hi.
I keep getting Kernel data Inpage Error / Critical Process Died periodically. I can't find any common denominators between the crashes.

I have just installed windows 8, and will appreciate any help.

Win 8 Pro
Asus K53SJ
Intel i7-2630QM CPU @ 2.00GHz
4GB RAM
Nvidia gt520m / Intel hd 3000

I have now updated the firmware to the latest version. I will post back again if I get any BSOD's or if it seems to have stabilized.
