Cannot seem to identify the culprit as this has happened under different conditions - usually operating ArcGIS, Office 2013 and Chrome as a base then other programs intermittently.

Thanks so very much for your help.

The BSOD is caused by SugarSync CallBack File System Driver 3.
Code:

*                                                                             *

Information here ... from your system:
Code:
sscbfs3 | SugarSync CallBack File System driver v3 | c:\windows\system32\drivers\sscbfs3.sys | Kernel Driver
And the driver is not very old.
Code:
fffff880`05e00000 fffff880`05e59000 sscbfs3 T (no symbols)
    Loaded symbol image file: sscbfs3.sys
    Image path: \SystemRoot\System32\drivers\sscbfs3.sys
    Image name: sscbfs3.sys
    Timestamp: Wed Oct 31 06:18:28 2012 (5090755C)
    CheckSum: 0005A768

    Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
In such a situation, I'd suggest you to uninstall the aforesaid program, at least as a rest.

Free up the startup. Windows does not need any other program to auto start with it, but the auto start programs often conflicts and causes various problems including BSODs.

  1. Click on the Start button
  2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
  3. Select the “Startup” tab.
  4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
  5. Apply > OK
  6. Accept then restart.
Let us know the results.
