Good afternoon!

I have been scrolling through the bsod threads and I have still not come up with a solution to my issue. I have a fairly new and laptop with win 8.Just the other day gave me the bsod with BAD_POOL_HEADER attached caused my computer to continuously crash. I eventually was given three error reports as well; C\win\minidump, c\users\name\app data\local temp\ and c\win\mem dump. I guess my question is, do you guys think its a hardware fault or an antivirus problem? Mind you that, im currently in Safe mode w/networking and have downloaded the SF diagnostic tool with no such luck.. Any advice would be glorious.

Sincerely,
The guy about to throw his computer out the window.

BSOD caused by CLVirtualDrive.sys which is part of Cyberlink Power2go that Sony installed it. As fas I am concerned, this is a piece of bloatware and I suggest to uninstall it.

Hope this helps
