    Frequent BSOD

    Hi guys,
Recently installed Windows 8 Pro 64-bit, updated all drivers and windows update. Interesting thing to note is that the BSOD usually occurs while watching Youtube and running League of Legends (not in game) simultaneously. Also, my laptop used to run on 32-bit Windows but realized that Windows 8 detected my laptop as x64-based processor so I reinstalled to 64-bit, if this information helps in any way.
    Thanks in advance.

Hi xsylx welcome to the forum. You have a number of drivers out-of-date on your system that you should either attempt to update to windows 8 64bit versions or un-install/remove them if un-needed:

hpdskflt.sys (2011) - HP Mobile Data Protection System Disk Filter: Driver Reference Table
ADIHdAud.sys (2009) - SoundMAX Digital HD Audio Driver: Driver Reference Table
SynTP.sys (2010) - Synaptic Touch Pad Driver: Driver Reference Table
Accelerometer.sys (2011) - HP Mobile Data Protection System Accelerometer: Driver Reference Table
NETwNs64.sys (2011) - Intel(R) Wireless WiFi Link 5000 Series Adapter Driver for Windows 7: Driver Reference Table
ew_jubusenum.sys (2011) - HUAWEI Mobile Connect - Bus Enumerate Device: Driver Reference Table

Sadly I couldn't find Windows 8 64bit drivers at your notebook manufacturers website but sometimes Windows 8 will install its own drivers after un-installation and rebooting the system.

    -cheers

Thanks for the quick reply! Just a curious question: how does outdated drivers cause bsod?
I have uninstalled SoundMAX Digital HD Audio Driver and Synaptic Touch Pad Driver from the device manager but I cant seem to find HP Mobile Data Protection System Disk Filter and HP Mobile Data Protection System Accelerometer.
I have confirmed that the driver for my wireless card is the latest version from the Intel site and HUAWEI is just my mobile broadband app.

It could be the driver code is just not compatible with Windows 8 or in some cases the driver is buggy and tries to access memory space it's not supposed to causing the BSOD. You have to try and make sure all drivers are compatible with windows 8 to dismiss that possibility and then you can move on to hardware diagnostics.
