BSOD Windows 8 Every 5-10 Minutes - FRUSTERATED!!!

Please help. At first it was just once a week or so but now it's every day all day. 100% of the time if I'm watching Netflix, Hulu, or playing any flash games, and about 50% of other just random times using the internet. I'm about to tear my face off. I haven't been able to figure anything out by using google. I've ran a memory test. I've updated each and every single one of my drivers. PLEASE HELP! I'm even willing to throw some money to anyone via paypal for their help. I can't take it anymore!!

Based on the information in the attached files, you may have some hardware issues.
From Microsoft about STOP 0x0000007F errors:
Usually caused by the any one or more of the following:
Low-level hardware corruption, such as corrupt memory (RAM)
    Mismatched memory modules
    A malfunctioning motherboard

Should I launch the driver verifier within the SF Diagnostic Tool?

I don't consider myself a computer noob when it comes to fixing software, but hardware is a different story. How could I run a test to see if my motherboard is functioning properly? I just bought the damn thing just under a month ago.

    Any memory test suggestions?

This problem can often be related to a malfunctioning Video graphics card or failing/inadequate power supply.
Swapping a known good Video card into the system can pinpoint Video card issues quickly.

Hi, forgive me but I don't have the time right now to go through each mini-dump or do a thorough examination but this is what I have found.

You do have out-of-date drivers on your system:

pneteth.sys (2011) - PdaNet USB wireless tether: Driver Reference Table (Please un-install this application if you have no need of it. You may also try to download the latest version at the website: June Fabrics PDA Technology Group but I can't guarantee it is compatible with Windows 8)

    Rt630x64.sys (2011) - Realtek PCI/PCIe Adapters: Driver Reference Table

Please download the latest version of the Realtek LAN Driver from your motherboard manufacturers website: ASRock > FM2A85X Extreme6

You also have a relatively old BIOS version (1.40) and the latest is v1.80. You could attempt to update your BIOS from the manufacturers website only if the above doesn't help. This should only be done as a last resort and only when following all manufacturers instructions as any error could result in your PC becoming unusable:

    ASRock > FM2A85X Extreme6

    -cheers
