Zip up and upload the contents of C:\Windows\Minidump for us to have a look at.
Since it's an IRQL error - please run Driver Verifier after uploading the memory dumps (this is in case the dump doesn't tell us the true cause). Use these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

The errors are primarily network related.
With the number of changes you've made it's a bit difficult to interpret the memory dumps
But it appears that you took out all the bad stuff right after the first memory dump on 6 April (so I analyzed only the last 3)

Please turn Driver Verifier off as it's served it's purpose here. It's pointing at network stuff, but doesn't directly blame a 3rd party driver (which is what it was set for). In most cases this points to a hardware problem - although Windows issues can also be a cause.

Since it's pretty consistently pointing at the networking stuff, I'd start looking at that.
I'd first uninstall Daemon Tools as it is a known cause of BSOD's in Windows systems:
Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): [S] DuplexSecure - FAQ [/S] Link broken as of 21 Jul 2012
New link (15 Aug 2012): DuplexSecure - Downloads (pick the appropriate version for your system and select "Un-install" when you run it).
    Alternate link: Disc-Tools.com
Manual procedure here: Registry and SPTD problems | DAEMON Pro Help
Then I'd remove the program associated with this driver:
    WPRO_41_2001.sys Mon Nov 7 16:04:48 2011 (4EB847F0)
    CACE Technologies WinPcap Packet Driver
    http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=WPRO_41_2001.sys

Finally, it appears you're using both Microsoft and Intel keyboard/mouse utilities. Please remove both of them - then test - then (if so desired) install only one of them.

Hi there, sorry I haven't replied in a very long time, I'd forgotten about this as I'd stopped using my computer in order to study for exams

Anyhow, What I have done is reinstalled windows and so far have only plugged in my Keyboard and Mouse set. I have updated my graphics drivers and all of the other drivers I have are the latest versions I believe also. However, I have had the irql bsod crash many times in the last two days.

Would I be correct in assuming that I have a hardware problem somewhere?

I have learned that my Ram is not actually compatible with my motherboard despite using an XMP profile, secondly my Hard Disk has been making a very loud noise since it was installed, is it possible I may have memory corruption there?
Or could it be that the keyboard and mouse are not supported by my computer (Despite being approved for Windows 8 use)

Thanks again for all the help!

Let's start with these initial diagnostics (hard drive noise is a very bad sign!): Initial Hardware Diagnostics
Follow up (if all pass) with these diagnostics: Additional Hardware Diagnostics

Post back with the results of the diagnostics and we'll move on from there.

While making the bootable usb for these tests I've discovered that my motherboard does not actually support my RAM module, is it possible that this has been the issue all along?

I'm also experiencing video driver crashes lately when trying to play games, so could it possibly be the incompatible RAM?
If so I'm more than happy to spend in order to buy a supported stick to test the stability of the system

While it is possible that the RAM could be the problem here, I wouldn't replace it just on a hunch.
It's easier to run memory tests to see if it's spitting out errors:
    Memory Diagnostics
    Prime95

If it does spit out errors, then it's advisable to replace the defective RAM sticks.

A while back when the issues started I did use Memtest and the ram passed in all slots for an overnight run so I concluded that the Module is fine. But I will run again to make sure.

I have used prime 95 and it will mostly work fine for a long time until the computer decides to throw a fit and chuck a BSOD message up.
