Bizarre crash notice every time I reboot my Atom tablet

I describe myself as computer-proficient yet I am puzzled by what problem is causing my Samsung ATIV 500T tablet (with atom x86 processor and 32-bit Win8) to do these two things:

    1. Whenever I reboot the computer and after it boots into the 'metro' start screen, a horizontal bar with the following notice appears:
Your PC ran into aproblemThis problem causedyour PC to restart. You can send info to Microsoft about what went wrong tohelp us improve Windows.
    Send details Don't send
I bought it on Oct 28th, the day after Win 8 was released and this started happening in December. Every time I restart I will see this. Sometimes I send the details sometimes I click "don't send". Either way the system will make a minidump file. It's mostly an annoyance as it always works fine afterwards. It never BSOD'd.

    2. Recently I noticed the computer cannot be turned off! When I turn it off it will first log out and power itself off, with the power light out. But in about 10 seconds the machine will turn it self on again, go through the Samsung logo, straight to the log in screen. This has caused the tablet battery to completely die in its bag during one long trip, though I thought I turned it off. I suspect these two are related. Could it be some driver issue? Could it be manufacturer defect? You help is greatly appreciated.

This tablet has had all the updated BIOS firmware and drivers as pushed by Samsung. I included a zip of the dump files after using SF_Diagnostic_Tool.exe's Grab All function. Let me apologize first if it's bigger than usual - as I said every time I reboot there's a minidump.

Thank you very much for your time.

    Win8.1Pro - Finally!!!

There are several reports missing from the uploaded files. Please generate an MSINFO32 report and a systeminfo report

Here's how to do the MSINFO32:
    MSINFO32:
Please go to Start and type in "msinfo32.exe" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Save the report as an .nfo file, then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
Also, save a copy as a .txt file and include it also (it's much more difficult to read, but we have greater success in getting the info from it).

If you're having difficulties with the format, please open an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt and type "msinfo32 /nfo C:\Users\Public\Desktop\TEST.NFO" (without the quotes) and press Enter. Then navigate to the C:\Users\Public\Desktop directory to retrieve the TEST.NFO file. If you have difficulties with making this work, please post back.
For the systeminfo report, do this:
    1) Open an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt
    2) Type in the following and press Enter:

    systeminfo >%userprofile%\Desktop\systeminfo.txt

    3) Zip up the systeminfo.txt file from your Desktop and upload it with your next post.
The latest batch of memory dumps blame bcmdhd63.sys - a driver component of your Broadcom WiFi driver. Please:
    - download a fresh copy of the latest, Win8 compatible version of this driver from the PC Manufacturer's website
    - uninstall the current wifi driver from your system
    - install the freshly downloaded wifi driver
    - monitor for further BSOD's

FYI - all the missing info below isn't due to your system - it's me not having updated the DRT for this info.

Thanks usasma!! Turns out it is the Broadcom wifi driver! Deleting and reinstalling the driver completely solved my problem.

Well here's the full story: after usasma pointed out the wifi driver being the suspected cause, I did a bit of research on the Broadcom BCM4330 SDIO adapter the Samsung 500T has. My driver that came with the 500T has version number 5.93.97.76. There's a user comment on Amazon that pointed me to download the newest version 5.93.97.83 from the Lenovo website because the Thinkpad Tablet 2 uses the same chip. So I went into Device Manager, uninstalled and deleted the Broadcom adapter driver (chose delete software after uninstall), then installed the newest version. I was then glad to find my tablet no longer crashes upon every restart anymore. Sadly, the newest driver, while more stable, does not work and my tablet couldn't find any wifi hotspots and since I'm offline, I couldn't use Windows to automatically update the driver. Luckily I managed to download a copy of all original 500T drivers from a user at tabletpcreview.com. And just like that, my tablet is like new again!
