Kernal 41 Error Crash

Have looked everywhere and had tried various methods on how to solved this. Am having a very frustrating time with this. My Computer will suddenly freeze up and will not respond and will be forced to hold down the power button or cut the power. This happens 2-3 times a day and would be grateful help with me with this issue.

IMO it's unusual to have the HDD temp almost the same as the CPU. It suggests to me that the case may not have enough ventilation. Try opening up the case and pointing a house fan into it (set on on high if you can stand it). See if that stops/slows down the shutdowns/freezes

Issues with PS/2 Mouse and Keyboard. If you are using a USB Mouse and Keyboard these errors are safe to ignore

Please provide this for further info:
- open Event Viewer (eventvwr.msc)
- expand the Custom Views category (left click on the > next to the words "Custom Views")
- right click on Administrative Events
- select "Save all Events in Custom View as..."
- save the file as Admin.evtx
- zip up the file (right click on it, select "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder")
- upload it with your next post (if it's too big, then upload it to a free file-hosting service and post a link here).

IMO this is likely to be a true hardware event. Most Event ID 41 errors are due to:
- manually shutting down the system by holding the power button.
- overheating components
- PSU issues

I suggest checking the airflow in the case by using a house fan.
If this doesn't help, then I suggest trying another PSU rated at 80+ from a reputable retailer. Purchase it from a store that'll let you return it if it doesn't fix your issues.

Please be advised that these are the most common issues - and are not the only issues. So if this doesn't work we'll have to pursue other problems.

Good luck!
