Constant bluescreens. :( Tons of logs though.

Issues:

Constant, awful, pervasive bluescreens. They're unpredictable, too. Sometimes, the computer is fine for hours. Sometimes, it will crash near the end of the boot process several times in a row. The crashes started on a two-month-old, mature install, that had no previous problems. They would appear overnight, and I'd just dismiss them after finding my computer had restarted in the morning with problem messages. They got worse, and the computer began to crash every few hours, usually in groups of two.

Some of those were MEMORY_MANAGEMENT crashes, which led me to suspect, reasonably I think, a bad stick of memory. After testing each stick of RAM individually in the Windows Memory Diagnostic, sure enough, one stick consistently failed. That stick was removed two days ago, and hasn't helped.

I'm completely at a loss. I would like to think I know what I'm talking about, but I'm in over my head. I just don't know what else to do. I've been troubleshooting this for 5 days straight. All I can think now is that I've got a bad CPU, or a bad mobo. Please tell me it's not. :p

These logs are from my most recent Windows 8 install (none of which have fixed the problem, even on multiple HDDs), but there have been dozens more crashes from previous installs.

If I've left anything out, you'd like to know more about my previous troubleshooting steps, whatever, just ask. This is my #1 priority for the next while, and I'm receiving instant updates via email.

Only 32 Windows Updates installed. Most systems have 47 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

MSI Afterburner (along with Riva Tuner and EVGA Precision) are known to cause BSOD's in some Windows systems. Please uninstall it immediately!

If you're overclocking, please stop the overclock while we're troubleshooting. Feel free to resume the overclock once the system has been stabilized.

The last 2 memory dumps blame ALSysIO64.sys - the rest appear to be random.
Random BSOD's are usually due to a lower level problem within the system. They are usually caused by one of these things:
- borked (broken) hardware (several different procedures used to isolate the problem device)
- BIOS issues (check for updates at the motherboard manufacturer's website)
- overclocking - You'll know if you're overclocking or not. If uncertain we can suggest things to check.
- compatibility issues (3rd party hardware/drivers)
- low-level driver problems
- or even malware (scanned for when we ask for hardware diagnostics from Initial Hardware Diagnostics or Hardware Diagnostics ).

ALSysIO64.sys is a driver for CoreTemp. I've been keeping my eye on this one as it seems fine in Win7 - but there may be issues with it in Win8. I'd suggest uninstalling it. I recommend this free temp monitor: HWiNFO, HWiNFO32 & HWiNFO64 - Hardware Information and Analysis Tools

AMD OverDrive (AODDriver2.sys) is either a stand-alone application, or a component of the AMD VISION Engine Control Center. This driver is known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems.
Please un-install all AMD/ATI video stuff from Control Panel...Programs...Un-install a program
Then, download (but DO NOT install) a fresh copy of the ATI drivers from Global Provider of Innovative Graphics, Processors and Media Solutions | AMD (in the upper right corner of the page)
Use this procedure to install the DRIVER ONLY: ATI video cards - DRIVER ONLY installation procedure

If the device (AODDriver or AODDriver4.01) remains a problem, open Device Manager, select the "View" item.
Then select "Show hidden devices" and scroll down to the Non-Plug and Play Drivers section.
Locate the AODDriver entry, right click on it and select "Un-install". Reboot for changes to take affect.
Sometimes the driver remains and continues to cause BSOD's. If this is the case for you, post back and we'll give further instructions for safely removing it.

If overclocking, please stop. Remove the overclock and return the system to stock/standard values while we're troubleshooting. Once the system is stable again, feel free to resume the overclocking.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :
