Hello! I have a fujitsu siemens ah 531/gfo.My problem is i keep getting bsod only once a day and this usually happens only when i am gaming.I open the notebook enter dota 2 for example and play about 10-15 minutes and i get bsod. After that i can play all the day continously without having any problems with bsod. This happens once a day only. It's like the system is programmed to bsod 1 per day if gaming.I verified hdd for error and the ram and it is no problem. The weird thing is it happens only 1 time after i open the laptop from a long time of being shut off through the night .As it is with my case i doubt is hardware related since i can play without a problem after the bsod.I usually get bsods related to ntoskrnl.exe according to bluescreenview but in the last dump i got related to something else. The dump i attached is with driver verifier on and it was done by selecting only the drivers that are not microsoft relate and i got blue screen before windows booted.

Please be patient as there are very few of us who do this - and we also have families and jobs, so we can't be on here all the time. I myself usually only get here once a day (early morning in the US - Eastern time).

Your BIOS dates from 2011. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any BIOS updates available for your system. Also check the readme file to see if they apply to the problems that you are having. Please be advised that flashing the BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard.

These devices have issues, please remedy them:
Not Available ACPI\FUJ02B1\4&26935206&0 The drivers for this device are not installed.

Not Available ACPI\FUJ02E3\2&DABA3FF&1 The drivers for this device are not installed.

Intel(R) Centrino(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R) 3.0 + High Speed Adapter USB\VID_8086&PID_0189\6&34BF07AE&0&4 This device is disabled.
The first item is a Fujitsu ACPI driver. Download the latest, Win8 compatible driver from the Fujitsu website.

The second item is the Fujitsu System Utility. Download the latest, Win8 compatible driver from the Fujitsu website.

The third item is your wireless adapter from Intel. Please:
1) enable the device
2) download the latest driver version from Intel Download Center
3) install the freshly downloaded version
4) re-disable the device (if so desired)

The Driver Verifier memory dump blames SynTP.sys - a driver component for your touchpad. Please:
- download a fresh copy of the latest Win8 compatible drivers from the Fujitsu website.
- uninstall the current version from your system.
- install the freshly downloaded drivers
- monitor for further BSOD's

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

thank you from helping me!I updated the drivers you told me to.But i got a blue screen again today with the error Memory_management .I ran memory diagnostic tool from windows but said no errors.I will try again to use driver verifier to see if i get bsod with each driver that is not microsoft corporation one by one.maybe if i do this i will discover which other driver is the culprit.

Please zip up the contents of the C:\Windows\Minidump folder and upload it with your next post. We'll have a look at the latest memory dumps to see what has changed.

If you're going to continue using Driver Verifier, try using it according to these directions: Driver Verifier Settings

BIOS still dates from 2011 - I can't recall if you checked for updates. Did you? Win8 is very involved in the BIOS, so changes were needed in many BIOS's

Looks like this is the last suspect:
Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :
