BSOD - whea_uncorrectable_error

Im new to Windows 8.

My computer crash while surfing on news sites with video or in computer games after 10 sek in there.
The computer is brand new!

One of your mini-dumps is pointing to the driver file: IDSVia64.sys which is related to Norton Internet Security: Driver Reference Table For testing purposes I would un-install Norton by using control panel/uninstall first and then running the Norton removal tool to ensure all traces are removed: |MG| Norton Removal Tool 20.0.0.21 Download For the time being please use the built-in Windows 8 Defender as your security product, please ensure it is fully updated.

Another mini-dump is pointing to the driver file: intelppm.sys which is your Intel Processor Driver: Driver Reference Table Please ensure you have the latest version of this driver, also for testing purposes if you have any over-clocking please remove it.

I noticed you have a driver on your system that is out of date and needs updating. Please update this driver or un-install/remove it if un-needed:

I have uninstalled Norton as described.
I have searched for Intel drivers on MSI's hopepage related to my motherboard, and im not sure which one should update the intelppm.sys ?
Can you please post a link or something more specific please?

Will you please check if the SRTSPX64.SYS is now removed, after uninstalling Norton?


My computer have crashed once (Machine Check Exception?), after I deleted norton and restarted the machine.
I have the latest SF_Diagnostic_Tool attached
