Please provide this information so we can provide a complete analysis: Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions Let the program run for at least 15 minutes (or until it says that it's done).

Your BIOS dates from 2011. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any BIOS updates available for your system. Also check the readme file to see if they apply to the problems that you are having. Please be advised that flashing the BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Original install date is 28 Sep. Win8 wasn't released until 26 Oct. Is this a copy of the Release Preview or an earlier version?

Drivers for this device aren't installed, please install the latest, Win8 compatible version:
Not Available PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_1615&SUBSYS_048B1028&REV_00\4&1EB8722E&0&00E0 The drivers for this device are not installed.
I believe that it is the Broadcom CrystalHD Video Decoder

All in all, there's not much here to blame the BSOD's on. It may be that the system isn't capable of running Win8 without problems.

If the BSOD's continue, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

Oct 26 was Windows 8 public release it has been out longer than that Windows 8 was released In Aug to manufacturers and developers I got Windows 8 Pro 32-bit from Microsoft Dreamspark (it if you want to know more) since our college gets free software from microsoft so I got the final build of Windows 8 before the public.

No need for more info, I just had to be sure that it wasn't the Release Preview as they have expired and may present with BSOD's.

Run Driver Verifier as described above. If it gives a 3rd party cause, then we'll attempt to fix that. If not, then we have to wonder if it's a compatibility issue w/Win8.

I am pretty sure it was the Broadcom CrystalHD Video Decoder that was causing the problem, Installed all other driver but the broadcom driver and I haven't been getting the BSOD, there wasn't a update for the driver on the manufacturer's website so I am leaving it uninstalled. Not surprised as the the Decoder has been given me problems before
