today, when i booted up my laptop,i opened chrome and it crashed giving SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION.
then it rebooted and did this a couple of times more, i did some research and found out that it could be the ram but is it possible that ram suddenly becomes corrupt?

here are the files:

Your BIOS dates from 2011. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any BIOS updates available for your system. Also check the readme file to see if they apply to the problems that you are having. Please be advised that flashing the BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard.

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): [DEL] DuplexSecure - FAQ [/DEL] Link broken as of 21 Jul 2012
New link (15 Aug 2012): DuplexSecure - Downloads (pick the appropriate version for your system and select "Un-install" when you run it).
Alternate link: Disc-Tools.com
Manual procedure here: Registry and SPTD problems | DAEMON Pro Help

If all of this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

I use the native mounting program in Win8. I have used SlySoft Virtual CloneDrive in the past, but don't have any significant experience with it.

If the default .iso handler has been changed, right click on an .iso file and go to the properties, click the change button and select Windows Explorer, this will give you the right click Mount option back in Windows 8.

Please remove this program (Most likely it's the Razer GameBooster): WinRing0x64.sys Sat Jul 26 09:29:37 2008 (488B26C1)
many different programs that center around the using of the WinRing libraries (RealTemp, Corsair Link2 (known BSOD issues w/Win8), Razer GameBooster, etc)
http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=WinRing0x64.sys

If that doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings
