Blue Screens + No shutdown option.

Hi , I have 2 problems.
1. I have blue screen and i don't know why.
2. I cannot shutdown my computer , i now manually use this command: "shutdown /s /t 0" from start run.

systeminfo.txt report is missing. Please rerun the reports and let it run for at least 15 minutes (or until it tells you that it's done).

Your BIOS dates from 2011. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any BIOS updates available for your system. Also check the readme file to see if they apply to the problems that you are having. Please be advised that flashing the BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard.

Ensure that you have all Windows Updates. Make several visits to ensure you have them all.

The dumps blame Ak27x64.sys - a driver component of your Killer Network card. Please:
- download a fresh copy of the latest, Win8 compatible drivers
- uninstall the current drivers
- install the freshly downloaded drivers
- monitor for further BSOD's

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

The links you gave me above dosen't work.
anyway i just uninstalled the network drive and then installed a new one compatible with win 8 x64.
Also run Driver Genius and updated my drivers.
For now everything seems to be ok.

I will like to know how can i read the blue screen dumps like you did.
