Hello!

I have searched this error in your forum and online and I have no idea how to solve it.
This laptop is new - one week old - and I already get an error- I have no idea why.

I suddenly started to get blue screens yesterday and I have no idea why

Ii used your SF diagnostic tool an I zipped the file and uploaded it here

I would really appreciate if you could help me solve this - please!

BTW sorry if anything I do is against the etiquette here - this is the first time I am using a forum (believe it or not!) i tried to rename the file and upload it but it did not work.

Really looking forward to your response

Late for work, this is gonna be quick....

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions).
Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): [DEL] DuplexSecure - FAQ [/DEL] Link broken as of 21 Jul 2012
New link (15 Aug 2012): DuplexSecure - Downloads (pick the appropriate version for your system and select "Un-install" when you run it).
Alternate link: Disc-Tools.com
Manual procedure here: Registry and SPTD problems | DAEMON Pro Help

As wireless is mentioned in the dump files, please:
- download a fresh copy of the wireless drivers
- uninstall the current wireless drivers
- install the freshly downloaded drivers
- monitor for further BSOD's

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

sscbfs3.sys - this driver hasn't been added to the DRT as of this run. Please search Google/Bing for the driver if additional information is needed.

Thank you for the quick info. I have already uninstalled daemon tools and I will go through all these drives now----god there are lots of them

i went to device manager and look for new updats for the wireless but could not come up with anything - it tells me everything is up to date. should i trust that?

how do I install of of them? I onyl get taken to the main website and I do not see how to download the drives. could you help me out there?

the driver reference table cannot download anything and the link takes me to a website for the manufacturer - but only to the homepage. any ideas on how to update all of this and find the drivers?

Do not use the update function in Device Manager. It only checks Windows Update for drivers - and most manufacturers don't update the drivers there very often. This may be fine for a system that's not having any problems - but when you're having driver issues you'll need the most up to date drivers that you can find.

The most current place for drivers is the website of the developer who developed the driver. In most cases this is the device/software manufacturer's website. On some occasions there won't be drivers at the device/software manufacturer's website - and you'll have to get it from the PC manufacturer's website.

The DRT is my website - and it's designed to get you as close to the actual download as is possible. You may have to do some digging once it gets you there as I can't link to all different versions and OS's for a driver listed on a given website. If you're having difficulties finding the updates - either uninstall the program (temporarily) while we're troubleshooting, or post back here and we can see if we can find the latest driver for you.
