Hello, my friends. Posting here because I desperately need someone to check my dump files to see why my netbook keeps crashing on me a couple times every day. It's only happened while using Google Chrome or Windows (File) Explorer.
I would have more dump files, but I accidentally deleted them with CCleaner (remembered to turn off that checkbox now). But I still have two from crashes today.
I'm running Windows 8 on an Acer Aspire One AO725-0687 Netbook with an AMD C-70 APU and 2 GB RAM.
Included in the attachment are two dump files from the crashes. The BSOD mentions it as being a SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION, and the Action Center once claimed that one of the crash occurrences was caused by the AMD video driver and that there was an update available to fix the problem (though I have the latest driver version for it as far as Acer is concerned because AMD doesn't even publish the drivers for the Radeon HD 7290 on their website). Other than that the only thing the action center has told me is that the reliability curve graph took a nose dive. I did re-install the AMD drivers just to be sure.
Only software I know of having installed before the crashes started occurring was a program called Desktop Restore that saved the position of desktop icons on Windows 7 but apparently didn't work with Windows 8, so I uninstalled it today. Also installed before the crashes started was Quicktime Player and the Windows SkyDrive program that adds the Skydrive folder to the Windows Explorer Library shortcuts.
Many thanks to whoever would like to analyze these dump files.
EDIT - Crashed again while Idling on Google Chome after posting this thread - Have another dump file!
