New Computer pre-installed Win 8 BSOD problem please help

This has happened three times in the last couple of days and I cant seem to figure out what's causing it. So if someone out there could look into it for me or guide me in the right direction that would be great.

now after trying to do some windows update I got BSOD while restarting
