tcpip.sys random crashes

Greetings,

I have an Acer Aspire 5600u running Windows 8. Pretty much from the very beginning I have these random Tcpip.sys crashes. It happens from time to time, but I can also reconstruct the error. Whenever I put the machine in hybernate for a couple of minutes and then wake it up again it gives me the error 100% of the time.

The machine has allready been up for repair at Acer, but after they replaced the mainboard the error still occures.

I'm attaching the dumpfiles so I hope anyone can help me out on this issue.

Dump files indicated fwpkclnt.sys is at fault and belongs to McAfee Total Protection. Please uninstall. You may need a special uninstaller from McAfee to completely uninstall this program.

Thanks!! It seems that I've got it working completely now. I had allready removed it but probably some bits or bites were still causing problems. Used the removal tool they offer and now I can't seem to get the system to crash. Thanks again!
