Yes, another one of these threads. I am sure you are flooded with them, but this has been irritating me for 3 months and would like it to get resolved if someone could help. I think I big issue is that my motherboard does not have any Windows 8 drivers (big mistake on my part upgrading), but there could also be other reasons.

The uploaded reports aren't complete. Please rerun the collection app and let it run for at least 15 minutes (or until it tells you that it's done). In particular I need the systeminfo.txt file and the MSINFO32.nfo file.

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Win7 systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen dtsoftbus01.sys blamed on several occasions). I strongly suspect that this hold true for Win8 systems also.
Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): [DEL] DuplexSecure - FAQ [/DEL] Link broken as of 21 Jul 2012
New link (15 Aug 2012): DuplexSecure - Downloads (pick the appropriate version for your system and select "Un-install" when you run it).

Manual procedure here: Registry and SPTD problems | DAEMON Pro Help

There are some issues with your Microsoft Security Essentials installation - please scan your system with a couple of these free scanners to be sure the system isn't infected: Free Online AntiMalware Resources

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Please remove this one:

http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=WinRing0x64.sys

Please remove this one (AFAIK there are no updated drivers available). If you'd like, try it again AFTER the system is stabilized.

Alright, I did what I could. I could not find the xusb21 anywhere, and the realtek drivers I could only find one for Windows 8, that whole site is a mess. This should be the full diagnostics now.

xusb21.sys is associated with a wireless USB XBox controller. Please uninstall that software (DO NOT just delete the driver, it may cause problems booting). It is the Microsoft file that was downloaded to make the Motion in Joy program work(Microsoft Xbox 360™ Wireless Controller for Windows® driver) and it's not Win8 compatible.
FYI xusb21.sys is located in C:\Windows\System32\drivers:
0: kd> lm vm xusb21

fffff880`08be5000 fffff880`08bf5d80 xusb21 (deferred)

One of the memory dumps points to a MotionInJoy XBox controller also (Please be sure to uninstall that also) - and most of the errors are probably due to a USB device.

Your BIOS dates from 2011. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any BIOS updates available for your system. Also check the readme file to see if they apply to the problems that you are having. Please be advised that flashing the BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard.

This device doesn't have drivers installed. It's most likely your Android phone. Please remove the device from your system or install the drivers for it:
