I am getting these warnings in the event viewer for about 2 days, now seems that these errors have stopped.

Look at the photo, the processor ID is 7,0,1,6.

Why i am getting those warnings ? I am using windows 8, latest updates, and drivers.

Also my PC is i7 3770k 4.5Ghz (multiplier) 1.21V PLL 1.6V, latest BIOS installed.

I tested my CPU in intel burn test, the test passed, i am using this OC profile since i bought the rig, back in march 2012, and i didn't had a single problem. No bsod, no crash in games, no shutdown, nothing.

Also, i have tested my ram (8gb black dragon geil 1866Mhz XMP) tested them on memtest bootable 4.20V and the test passed, no errors. Also, i don't have any error while using the PC normal, no crashes, bsod, etc.

So, can anyone tell me what is that WHEA-Logger ?

The WHEA error is a hardware error reported by the CPU.
To start, remove the overclock and see if the error persists.

Leave the overclock off while troubleshooting. Feel free to resume it once the system has stabilized.
Then start with these free diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics

Please provide this information so we can provide a more complete analysis (even though you're not having BSOD's): https://www.eightforums.com/bsod-cr...e-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html

Also, please:
- open Event Viewer (eventvwr.msc)
- expand the Custom Views category (left click on the > next to the words "Custom Views")
- right click on Administrative Events
- select "Save all Events in Custom View as..."
- save the file as Admin.evtx
- zip up the file (right click on it, select "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder")
- upload it with your next post (if it's too big, then upload it to a free file-hosting service and post a link here).

Here they are. I just want to say that in the above image, that's all the whea errors that i got, i didn't had that one in the past, only yesterday, and now as we speak, i don't have them anymore, played some battlefield 3, and i didn't got the error. And this is because i think, i have done an overclock to my CPU via Turbo boost at 4.6Ghz, and i think that's why i got them.

Right now i am using my safe overclock profile, that worked well in the past.

Long ago I learned that the first troubleshooting step in an overclocked system is to remove the overclock. This is for 2 reasons:
1) in case the overclock is at fault (and it hasn't damaged any hardware yet) - this will fix the problem.
2) the tests we use for troubleshooting are based on a standard system operating normally - so an overclocked system won't necessarily give correct results because of the stress on the components. This is why I recommend stopping the overclock completely while troubleshooting.

Also, I found that overclocks will degrade over time - the system just won't be able to hold a high overclock forever. The system will get older and it's tolerance for this sort of stress will lessen - resulting in more errors.

Finally, hardware errors aren't necessarily just hardware, they can be:
- borked (broken) hardware (several different procedures used to isolate the problem device)
- BIOS problems (check for updates at the motherboard manufacturer's website)
- overclocking - You'll know if you're overclocking or not. If uncertain we can suggest things to check.
- compatibility issues (3rd party hardware/drivers)
- low-level driver problems
- or even malware (scanned for when we ask for hardware diagnostics from Initial Hardware Diagnostics or Hardware Diagnostics ).

Since you're still overclocking, I'll just recommend a couple of things that I commonly see.

The biggest issue (IMO) is that I noted that the system is crashing but is not able to create a memory dump file (which is what we analyze to see if we can determine the cause). There's many, many reasons for this - have a look here: Set MiniDump and here: BSOD Crash Dump Generation

Keep an eye on Corsair Link2 (along with Razer GameBooster) and MSI Afterburner (along with Riva Tuner and EVGA Precision). They are known causes of BSOD's on some Windows systems.

The Corsair Link2 WinRing driver dates from 2008 - which is before Win7 came out.
The MSI Afterburner driver dates from 2011 - well before Win8 came out.

Cooling - monitor cooling on everything in the system. I like this free monitor: HWiNFO, HWiNFO32 & HWiNFO64 - Hardware Information and Analysis Tools
Also, invest in an infrared heat thermometer (I got mine from a Ski Tuning catalog) - so you can check other components that don't have dedicated cooling units (like the northbridge).

Intel RAID drivers date from 2011 - SSD's need the latest storage drivers in order to function properly. Update them from Intel Download Center
iaStorV Intel RAID Controller Kernel 4/11/2011 9:48:16 PM

I'm not certain that the above controller is the one that the SSD is connected to - so be sure to update the actual controller that the SSD is connected to (your nVidia controller drivers also date from 2011). This may just be an additional, unused driver - or it may be another controller. You'll have to research that at the motherboard manufacturer's website.

Good luck!

I know about the degradation from overclock, i change rigs in 3 years. My cpu is meant to be overclocked, also my oc at 4.5ghz is a standard OC that was tested back when sandy bridge was released, and many people didn't had problems with this OC, they considered to be a light OC for K processors, also i'm using a lite voltage 1.21V.

Temps in games reach about 65 degrees, and stress test like intel burn test almost 80 degrees on 2 cores, but for me matters games temperatures, so 65 is a safe area, for 4.5ghz oc

Also, i'm using 2 intel 520 series ssd, but not in raid, in ahci mode, and using latest intel RST 11.7

How is my system crashing ?

I'm sorry if this sounds a bit cranky to you - but I can't continue to make suggestions if you don't want to follow them.
Good luck to you - I hope that you are able to find answers on your own.

C-Link Service probably relates to the Corsair Link 2 program that I mentioned in my second post (as being a common cause of BSOD's - especially when using a 2008 driver with an OS that came out in 2012).

The error states:
The description for Event ID 0 from source C-Link Service cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
This problem can also be due to incompatibility (as the driver was written before Win7 even came out).

What do you mean by 2008 driver ? The corsair link is for my ax760i PSU, and its the latest version.
