    BSOD with my new builded computer, windows 8


    Hello guys, i get BSOD randomly sometimes. I don't know why, i builded my comp about 2 months ago with all new pieces so its a fairly recent comp. I got windows 8 and it crashes normally after a long time on the computer, It pisses me off to loose everything i was using when it crashes

    Can you download CPUZ and post a snip of the CPU, Mainboard, Memory, and SPD tabs.
    For posting the information , type 'Snipping tool' in the Start page, hit enter. Select the area you want to post and save to a convenient place.

    Go to your BIOS and tell us what the CPU, RAM and the CPU integrated memory controller voltages are.

    Run memtest86+ with all RAM cards installed for a minimum of 7 full passes, this may take a while best to run overnight.
    If you get any errors you can stop the test and report here.

    so i tried rebooting my computer with my usb(i put on it the program thing like it says) but it didnt start a test. Is this test mandatory?

    Yes, you need to run memtest86+.
    Re-download the program and re-install to your USB stick and try again.

    Did you select the one time boot option when the computer starts?
    It will tell you the 'F key' you need to press during boot.
    If that doesn't work then put the USB as first boot device in your BIOS. To get to the BIOS options press 'Delete' repeatedly when the system is starting.

    You can stop the test when it reaches pass #8, that's 7 full passes.
    The test will run until you stop it, if it stops on its own or shows errors (will have a red background) it's a fail.
