Hello Guys, Yesterday I had A problem with my PC :(
I started it and pressed the Power Button. After the ASUS splash screen my PC went to A black screen.....:(

There is no Startup Logo No Blue windows logo (blue rhombus) And no spinning chain.

And after 30 mins my PC rebooted and when I pressed F8 to go to safe mode nothing happens but the black screen comes again...... :(
So I booted to my Windows 8 64-bit DVD and launched startup repair but it showed "error startup repair cannot fix your computer" then I came back and started Refresh my PC but now it showed another error message that "there is a problem refreshing your computer" and now when I came back and started "Reset" it again showed up the message "there is a problem refreshing your computer".

I can't fix the problem......
I have also tried "Advanced Option > Command Prompt > sfc \scannow" but it didn't help...

So please help me, I had many personal files on this OS so I can't Format it.

Thank For Any help..... :)

First of all unplug any USB devices you don't need especially hard drives. In bios turn off S.M.A.R.T HDD check at startup.

See what happens when you do that.
