PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA Caused by many drivers

I recently bought a Samsung Series 3 Notebook that came with Windows 8. It has an issue when idling, sleeping, and shutting down. Every time there is any program open and any of these events occur, the system restarts and displays the message "Your PC ran into a problem and had to restart" along with a prompt to send logs to Microsoft. I have searched quite a bit and tried a few solutions to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
