My PC restarted after running Prime95 for 1h 30min. It's not a BSOD since I did not get a BSOD error.

My CPU temp is no more than 62C

CPU: AMd FX 8350 4GHZ ( Stock, not overclocked)
GPU: AMD 6870 (not overclocked)
RAM: 8GB Corsair Dual Channel
Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 R2.0
PSU: XFX 450W
Samsung 830 128GB SSD
500GB Wester Digital
OS: Windows 8

It happened four times. Cool n' quite is disabled. APM is also disabled.
I tried Memtest for 18hours -- no errors
BIOS has been updated.
All drivers are up to date.
I don't get BSOD

This is what the Event Viewers showed.

Definitely no prob, of course. I once had a similar problem, but I can't remember which program it was. It might have been Prime though. The best answer I could find was that the program, whatever it was, just behaves erratically sometimes. Sorry for such a poor answer to what your problem may be.

Your Temp is OK. Go to BIOS and double check if the memory voltage is set to correct value according to the spec, sometimes you need to manually set it or even raise it up a little bit to pass Prime95

I suspect it's the PSU. AMD 8-core CPU uses a lot of power by itself (much more than a stock clocked Sandy/Ivy CPUs) and when paired up with a relatively powerful 6870, your PSU might be pushing 100% load. Since prime95 makes a PC draw a lot of power, your PSU might not handle the load and therefore forces the system to reboot. I recommend at least 650 Watts so that the PSU won't be forced to run at 100% load when you run Prime95 + Furmark.
