In the last 12 hrs have started seeing multiple crashes of flash, silverlight, the browser (Firefox and IE), and a couple of BSOD. System has been stable to this point.

[DEL]I'm afraid it's a memory or cpu issue[/DEL], but here's my SF report.

Appreciate any help you can give me.

Thanks,

Update: No crashes or BSOD in 24 hrs, but then I've not attempted to any streaming flash or silverlight video. System running stable which I think would argue against a hardware failure.

Please un-install Silverlight and Flash and then re-install them just in-case of corrupted files. Please remove any other extensions/addons for testing purposes.

I have found a number of drivers on your system you should update to Windows 8 64bit versions or un-install/remove if un-needed:

mvs91xx.sys & mvxxmm.sys - Marvell 91xx SATA Controller Driver: Driver Reference Table
ntk_PowerDVD12_64.sys - Cyberlink PowerDVD driver. Often OEM installed on systems: Driver Reference Table
000.fcl - CyberLink FCL Driver: http://www.carrona.org/drivers/search.php?id=000.fcl
IntcDAud.sys - Intel Graphics Media Accelerator HD Driver: Driver Reference Table
iaStor.sys - Intel Storage drivers: Driver Reference Table

From the above information I would suggest un-installing any Cyberlink software you have on your system for testing purposes. I would then update any drivers to Windows 8 64bit versions from your manufacturers website. This includes the Marvel SATA and Storage drivers, Intel Rapid Storage driver plus Hot fix and Intel VGA driver. It might also be an idea to update your motherboard Chipset driver if you have not done so already:

GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket 1155 - GA-Z77X-D3H (rev. 1.0)

I have also found reference to the executable: ppped.exe this is linked to the software Cyberpower Powerpanel Personal Edition. Please un-install this software for testing purposes.

Please make sure you have all the Windows 8 updates until you can install no more if you have not already done so.
