    BSOD Playing Video Game

Hello, all. First time poster here.

So, I just formatted my system today and installed Windows 8 Pro 64-Bit. Installed all Windows Updates. Installed latest Nvidia WHQL Graphics Drivers. After loading up Star Wars: The Old Republic I encountered a BSOD WHEA_Uncorrectable_Error after about 45 minutes to 1 hour of gameplay.

Didn't run into BSOD's that often on Windows 7, so I wanted to see if I can head this one off while the PC is pretty much clean as a whistle (only thing I've loaded on here so far are updates, Nvidia Graphics Drivers, my TP-Link USB Network Adapter Drivers, and Star Wars: The Old Republic.

I've attached the Dump Files, as per instructions.

Thanks in advance, and if you need any additional information, please let me know.

Are you overclocking your processor?, if so please stop for testing purposes or do some stress tests with mem86 (leave it run overnight) and Prime95 to check how stable it is:

    |MG| Prime95 27.9 Download
Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool

I have noticed some drivers you should update or remove/un-install if un-needed as they can also be the cause of your BSODs:

Rt630x64.sys - Realtek PCI/PCIe Adapters: Driver Reference Table
athurx.sys - Atheros AR9271 Wireless Network Adapter: Driver Reference Table
ssadmdm.sys - Samsung Android USB Modem Drivers: Driver Reference Table
ssadbus.sys - Samsung Android USB Composite Device driver: Driver Reference Table
ssadmdfl.sys - Samsung Android USB Modem (Filter): Driver Reference Table
ssadwh.sys - SAMSUNG Android USB Modem: Driver Reference Table
ssadcm.sys - SAMSUNG Android USB Modem: Driver Reference Table
ssadserd.sys - SAMSUNG Android USB Diagnostic Serial Port Device Driver: Driver Reference Table
ssadadb.sys - Google Android USB Driver: Driver Reference Table
RTCore64.sys - RivaTuner/EVGA Precision/MSI Afterburner (please un-install this for testing purposes, known BSOD creator): Driver Reference Table

You should also visit your pc manufacturers site and update as much as you can to Windows 64bit versions, especially your Chipset and Realtek LAN drivers:

    GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket AM3+ - GA-990FXA-UD5 (rev. 1.x)

Interesting, I know that athurx.sys had caused BSODs in the past on my Windows 7 build, but it was rare enough to where I never looked to deep into it. Just installed the latest drivers for my Network Adapter. Also, I updated my chipset drivers with the latest from AMD. Been going good so far.

As a side note, I ran Memtest86 about a month ago, but after about 2 hours of testing everything came back clean.

I'll stress test the system (the old fashioned way... by gaming full graphics for 8 hours straight ) and let you know if it helps.

    Thanks for the reply.
