Hi, I get a blue screen when I try to run Uncharted Waters Online.
I already tried searching in the net of what would be the cause, I just want some opinion coming from your end.
thanks in advance

ok, after reading on the game forums it more likely that the gameguard is not yet compatible with windows 8.
guess its bad luck for me them lol XD

No memory dumps in the attached reports - I can't do much without them

I did notice that you have 2 antivirus installed (AVG and Avira).
Please only have 1 antivirus and 1 firewall running at a time.

I have already uninstalled avg when I started using avira. How can I successfully remove avg?

AVG remover instructions: AVG | Download tools and utilities

Dump file blames GameGuard (dump_wmimmc.sys). It would have taken a lot longer if I hadn't seen this one before! The dump_ prefix is usually created by the system making a copy of the wmimmc.sys driver and naming it with the dump_ prefix. BUT in this case we found that it's actually a driver buried deep in the game's folder. In this case it's: C:\gPotato\GV Online Eg\GameGuard\dump_wmimmc.sys

Uninstall the game, then reinstall the latest, Win8 compatible version and test for further BSOD's. If, as you've mentioned previously, it's not compatible - then you'll have to see if you can run it in a Virtual Machine.

I fear as much, unfortunately I have read some thread regarding this problem too and the problem is at the game guard like mine, and they are not yet compatible with windows 8. Can I use Virtual Machine on a 32 bit OS?
