Weird bsod - vertical black and white stripes

I got this bsod (?) today. What does it mean?

This is only what happened. This was not classic bsod with error details. There's also no dump files in minidump folder.

1 month of using windows 7 and there were more bsods, errors than in 1 year when I was using windows 7. 8 is very good but problems appear much often than in 7

Try this
1. Reconnect the monitor cable
2. update your graphics driver to the latest version

1. Cable is connected fine
2. I have the newest amd's drivers.

I use computers for 11 years but this kind of error I saw 1st time yesterday.

I hope you have not installed the beta version of the drivers.

I have: 12-10_vista_win7_win8_32_dd_ccc_whql_net4

I am not very familiar with AMD drivers.

Just verify you have the latest stable drivers
