DPS Watchdog Violation every single time I reboot/shutdown

Just did a fresh install of Win 8 Pro on my Intel 520 180GB SSD. I installed the OS on the SSD first, once that was done I added in my 1TB HDD. I also disabled the hibernation thru command prompt and I'm guessing maybe this is why I'm having issue in Win 8. I can reinstall the OS again however my concern is wearing out the SSD by constantly writing to it and whatnot.

In any case here are a couple mini dumps.

it got nothing to do with disabling hibernation. The dumpfile indicated you are having problem with storahci.sys driver which is the MS AHCI driver. Install the AHCI driver from the Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver (you might have to select .inf file manually because .exe installation Package may say that system isn't supported). and also make sure you have the latest firmware for your SSD.
Hope this helps
